Where are Overt products made?
Overt products and designed and made in Melbourne, Australia
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship the bags internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated after checkout based on your location and the size of the item.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each Overt product is hand and custom-made to order. Please allow for four weeks for the making process and once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Can I request custom or bespoke work?
Yes – custom or bespoke commissions are available. If you are interested in a special custom piece, please contact us with details including dimensions and surface finish of choice.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of limited edition and made to order works, these items are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I care for my piece?
The galvanised steel mesh base material is inherently strong and resistant to rust and weathering. The outdoor furniture pieces have tough epoxy undercoat to increase lifespan in harshest seaside environments.
Vacuuming or wiping with a dry dustcloth is recommended for the upkeep of each piece
